WEBLACK Talents

Training and career support for fashion creators.

WEBLACK Talents is the institution’s founding division: every year it scouts, trains and supports a new generation of African and Afro-descendant fashion creators.

Its flagship programme, the WEBLACK Fellowship, selects 100 talents a year for an intensive path of mentorship, technical training and networking — leading, for the most advanced, to the WEBLACK Certified label.

The goal is not one-off visibility, but durable careers built on a repeatable method and verifiable standards.
