WEBLACK Model Management supports African and Afro-descendant models from scouting through to their first international contracts.

The division applies the WEBLACK evaluation method — creativity, technical excellence, leadership, business, reach — to build a book consistent with the standards expected by fashion houses, agencies and brands.

Beyond placement, WEBLACK Model Management trains models in runway posture, career management and contract negotiation, so that every model represented enters the international market from a position of strength rather than dependency.
