Data collected

The site's contact form opens your own mail app directly, pre-filled with your name, email address, organisation (optional), the profile you selected and your message — you then send that message yourself, from your own mailbox, to weblackconsulting@gmail.com. Beyond the contact form described above, the site does not collect data for audience measurement without your consent. If you accept audience measurement, data relating to your browsing activity may be transmitted to Google Analytics to measure how the site is used.

Purpose and retention

Messages sent this way are used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are kept in WEBLACK's mailbox for as long as necessary to process the request, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Technical sub-processor

The contact form does not route through any server or third-party service: it builds amailto: link opened by your own mail client. No financial or sensitive data is collected on this site.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, as well as the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to weblackconsulting@gmail.com.
